Edward F. Rodger

President and CEO – KICS International, Inc.

Edward F Rodger Eddie Rodger is the founder of KICS International, a major sport marketing and promotions, South Florida based company. Mr. Rodger now manages and operates the Holiday Inn and Suites Sports Complex. This complex under his vision and design is a one of a kind, soccer specific, sports complex at a Holiday Inn Hotel. It hosts International Teams from around the world as well as being the base on the East coast for our United States Soccer Federation teams. KICS International has managed and produced many events such as the UMBRO Select. This worldwide event includes an International game as well as the top collegiate players competing in an All-Star Game and commencing with Major League Soccer’s and Women’s Professional Soccer Association’s Drafts.

The Boston born native continues to operate and shape major soccer events in the United States. Prior to KICS, Eddie was the General Manager of the Fort Lauderdale Strikers Professional Soccer Team with extensive soccer management skills that include ticket sales, stadium leases, player contract negotiation, team budgets and sponsorship sales and fulfillment.

Rodger is an Honor Graduate of Northeastern University with a degree in Physical Education and Sports Medicine. He has had athletic training experiences with the NFL’s New England Patriots, United States Soccer, Team America Soccer, Fort Lauderdale Strikers and as Athletic Training Coordinator for the School Board of Broward County.

Rodger currently resides in Plantation with his wife Tara and son Edward John.

Management Team and Key Personnel

Tony Correa: Director of International Affairs. With over 20 years of sports experience in Latin American and the U.S., Mr. Correa’s knowledge and guidance with regard to attracting teams from Central and South America will be instrumental to the success of the Holiday Inn and Suites Sports Center. Mr. Correa has worked on numerous world class events such as The Marlboro Cups, The Gold Cup, The Nike World Tour and Venue Director for the 1996 Olympic Games in Miami. Mr. Correa has a Masters Degree in Sports Administration from St Thomas University in Miami.

Sean Young: Event Operations Manager. Mr. Young’s expertise in the area of ticketing and event management enables him to provide additional support and guidance to all KICS International Events and Operations. Mr. Young has been actively involved in the 1996 Olympic Games as Operations Director of the Miami venue and Operations Manager for The UMBRO Select, Reebok Cup and Gold Cup. Mr. Young has earned his bachelors degree in Sports Management from St. Thomas University of Miami.

KICS International, Inc. Provides sports team management and consulting services to organizations, teams and businesses.The business is based in Plantation, FL.

The volunteer members of the Board of Directors provide guidance to the management and staff of KICS International. The board meets twice yearly to discuss policy changes, review the mission statement, and update the business plan if needed.
